A–B–C–D–E Those are Steps and Vitamins Glycoscience NEWS Lesson #35 for 2020 by JC Spencer WOW, there’s sure a lot of chaos and confusion out there from conflicting “experts.” I just heard a “medical professional” on national television put down vitamins and nutrition. There is certainly a lot of knowledge lacking. Your knowledge, your education about the virus, knowledge about your immune system, and what you should do next will not only get you through the days ahead – you will rise about the chaos and confusion. First, the bad news. It’s likely to get worse before it gets better. Asymptomatic people are driving the spread of coronavirus more than we initially thought. Report from Massachusetts is that many in a cluster of 92 cases were triggered by asymptomatic employees at a biotech conference. Several studies show that people without symptoms are causing substantial amounts of infections. People perish for lack of knowledge! It will get better and we will be better because it the challenges. More good news: The President declared today a National Day of Prayer. Consult those who know their ABCs. Natural vitamins A – B – C – D – E will help you overcome, not just covid-19, but all viruses. The truth is that (starting with vitamin A) multiple natural vitamins help support the immune system. B12 is one of eight essential B vitamins; it plays a role in the brain, nervous system, and red blood cell formation. Natural C is the wonder vitamin. Keep it in your kitchen – it’s lemons.
