The cornerstone to all scientific advances, new technologies, improved or enhanced well being is research. Adding to the overall body of knowledge is by far one of the biggest legacies we can leave behind. How that knowledge benefits those that follow us is what separates many from the few.
At Texas Endowment we strive to build teams, collaborate across the globe and increase what we know about how the human body is best protected from the 120,000 known diseases. Built into our mission statement is the underlying desire of each team member; to help mankind.
Texas Endowment is currently working to broaden the availability of Glycoscience research and treatment centers and organizations. Working with some of the foremost authorities in the field, negotiating with community leaders and philanthropists, we believe Houston is positioned to become the global heart of Glycoscience.
